Named after the 18th century pirate and the brash WWII Admiral that both bore the Halsey family name, it's no wonder any night of the week finds an eclectic mix of patrons at Halsey's Restaurant and Lounge.
You enter the dining room and see yacht captains mingling with timeshare owners, couples on vacation having a romantic anniversary dinner, university students, and retired ex-pats from all over the world swapping stories and having drinks at the bar. They all come to this curious little waterfront restaurant on the Simpson Bay Lagoon for the incredible cuisine that Chef Ryan Halsey prepares nightly.
